This is how an internet company should be run. The service and speed are awesome. The staff is super helpful and respectful. I never want to move because the service and reliability are so good!
The amount of times that the service interrupts in just a month is obscene.
I just moved to Wadsworth and hadn't heard of CityLink before. Now I know what I have been missing all these years with companies like Comcast. The costumer service at CityLink is FANTASTIC! Setting up a time to do the internet installation was fast and easy. They came within minutes of their expected time. There was initially some kinks to be worked out with the internet, but the guys that came out gave me their full attention, were extremely knowledgeable, and did a very thorough job. Due to connectivity issues (not an issue with CityLink) one of the workers (Bill) had to come to my house again. He came within two hours of when I called. It has been working great ever since!
