From the moment we went in to speak with Tom about purchasing an engagement ring, the experience was quintessential. We had such an amazing experience throughout the entire process. Tom was extremely honest, fair and helpful when working with us and our budget. We found the ring of our dreams with his help and we could not be any happier. I highly recommend Thurber’s. It was an overall perfect experience. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the amount of attention we received. Thank you again.

I had an old piece of jewelry that I wanted to have re-set. After reading the reviews of this jeweler, I decided to go here. Well, I can see why the ratings and the comments are so positive. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience here. Tom is a complete gem (pun intended) and delight to work with. I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and a whole lot of fun !! He had a sense for exactly what I was looking for. He created a band for me that I am super pleased with, and I was very pleased with the price. He also was very timely with communications and answering any questions I had. I will be a return customer and highly recommend this store !! THANK YOU so much Tom !!!!!

I had Tom create a 3rd piece to my wife's wedding band, 100% custom. Not only did he knock it out of the park, but he delivered ahead of schedule and below the estimated price. You would never know the custom band wasn't a factory piece. Furthermore, they cleaned, polished, and inspected the existing pieces. I am abundantly satisfied!

Tom did a beautiful job creating a custom ring for my mom out of her wedding ring. It turned out so beautiful and he was so wonderful to work with. It was finished way quicker than we expected and he was so kind and helpful when we went to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend Thurbers for any of your jewelry needs but especially custom jewelry.

My fiancé and I went to Thurber’s Jewelers to pick out my engagement ring, and we were so impressed with Tom’s knowledge and eagerness to help us find the perfect diamond. It was refreshing to work with Tom because he did not put any pressure on us to buy anything. He wanted us to feel comfortable and happy with our purchase.
