I had a GREAT experience! I had a ring resized for the first time and I was not sure of my size. I was a little nervous to get too small of a size so I accidentally sized a bit too big. I went back to the store to see if I would be able to size down again, and not only were they able to do it for me, but they told me they would be able to have it ready the next day! They were so kind and warm. I live in Mount Vernon and I would absolutely make the drive just to go to them if I ever needed anything else! They were fantastic!
