Allen is the best trainer I’ve had! He makes sure to listen to what your goals are and plan workouts accordingly. He is very encouraging and pushes you to do things you may not even realize you can do. I go to all of his classes and those are amazing too! I am already starting to see results. Highly recommend him as a trainer to everyone!

Allen was my trainer and was very encouraging and helpful in making me reach my goals. He really cares about his clients and is extremely knowledgeable on exercises/dieting. He made me push through all my workouts and beyond my limits. Shelly is also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! They make the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable for all while, also helping you reach your fitness goals!

Great facility with great employees, Allen is a great personal trainer, definitely pushes me beyond what I think I can do. He definitely knows what he is doing and talking about and goes out of his way to help and teach. It’s a all around grate place to workout

Onyx focuses on improving overall health. My trainer, Becca, developed training sessions that met my needs. She used modifications to work me to the next level. She brought high energy and a motivational approach to every training session!!nThe evening trainer, Allen, is also fantastic! He is always friendly and willing to share his vast knowledge of exercise and nutrition. He creates customized meal plans and workout goals for all members that are interested.nOnyx trainers are available to answer any questions. They truly want to help everyone reach their individual goals. Sadly, Becca has left the company. I have faith that she will be replaced with another style flexible trainer. However, Allen is still available!! Stop by Onyx for a free 14 day pass and session with Allen! You will not regret it!

Allen has to be the best trainer EVER! You can definitely see his passion in what he does. I could be having the worst day but as soon as my workouts with Allen starts I instantly feel better!
