I just started regular pest control services (rats/mice + bug) and am so far very happy with the service. The owner came out for the initial set up and did a great job explaining everything. They have already followed up less than 2 weeks later to ensure that the program is working—for a small locally owned business, they are extremely responsive. The rates are also better than other quotes I've gotten and I am overall impressed with the service for the monthly cost.
Super friendly and I was never pushed to up-sell services. Thought I had a rat, but wasn't sure if I had a rat problem.nRat was trapped and was honestly told, there wasn't signs of other rats, and then gave me some pointers to prevent new visitors.
I first called Absolute when I had a ground wasp/ hornet (not sure which) problem. He was out the same day at exactly the time he said he would be. A couple of months later (winter time) I thought I had mice, turns out it was rats. On my nervous system!! Rob came right out. I never heard another rodent once Rob came by. He cleared them out and closed up the area where they got in. I now have Rob come out on a monthly basis year round!! . He makes sure that nothing is crawling inside my house which helps me to sleep much better! He is professional, on time, friendly, honest, has great quality and the best value. You can't buy happiness, but you can buy peace of mind. Thank you Absolute Pest Control!!

Our experience with Robert was great. We found mice in our attic/crawl space that needed to go. We are a no kill sort of household, preferring to use live traps to remove the critters. This is of course a slower process and not for everyone but Robert helped us identify the areas where they were coming in and get those sealed up. While we are still in the removal phase we are pleased with the service, support, friendliness, and cost.
