You have got to be kidding me, came here to blow steam about getting run out of my lane from truck # 277 tonight and I cannot believe the other reviews I am seeing. If I wouldn't have been able to move over this company would be in the middle of a law suit right now assuming I would have survived the crash. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE PAYS THE ULTIMATE PRICE
These guys apparently like to act like the own the road. Came here to talk about one running people off the road and found more of the same complaint. It needs to be dealt with. They're going to get somebody killed.
Semi truck driver on interstate 75 in Dayton Ohio almost drove me off the road. Cut me off on the highway then drove at excessive speeds. No one from the company ever responded to my phone call to file a formal complaint so here is my formal complaint.
I just had to call to know that this company is unprofessional, rude, sexist and disrespectful to their customers. I called inquiring if they are able to provide tire service to my camper. A simple yes or no would have been sufficient. Instead, after hearing I was a woman on the phone, I was unable to complete my sentence before the old man on the other line hung up on me. I called back right away and a younger man answered my question, but as soon as I mention about getting hung up on just before he hung up on me as well. What a bunch of pigs!!!
The worst Customer Service. Answer the phone soo rudely. unhappy and unfriendly. no one even acts like they like there job.
