Terrible attitudes by the employees and management. I called today requesting police dispatched from a local community where I needed to file a property theft report. The employees and supervisor refused to identify themselves when I requested because of their attitudes. When I asked how I could file a form complaint the supervisor hung up on me. I later found out her name was OLM badge #2225. These employees fail to understand they work for the public. I worked in the Federal Govt serving the public and never forgot that. This department clearly needs to be slapped aside the head and made to be remembered.

The employees and supervisor are awesome I called them on the first Friday of March 2021 about their outdoor severe weather warning sirens not working 20 seconds the sirens were tested thank y'all for what y'all did to test the outdoor emergency alert system oncoa week and monthly siren test every month
