I paid for a fire place wood burning insert they said it would be in the weekend after Thanksgiving, but we had to wait for the truck 9 of December i got a call it wasn't on the truck , and it would be in maybe on the truck the end of January 2021. Now I paid for everything up front, so why wouldn't you know that your customer doesn't have all the materials to make the inserts for your customer?nBefore you sold one!! Then when we went back to get everything and one piece, wasn't there so they went up to the show room and grabbed the kit that goes around the insert and it had scratches on it so they gave us a can of paint so we didn't have to come back for it the next day. As far as I'm concerned ud83dude1f had bad business. Hopefully the insert is better than there customer service.

Very expensive, but they always have what I need on have as far as replacement parts and supplies. Company is family owned with friendly and helpful staff

Nice people, clean inside and outside, however I feel they're a bit expensive considering you have to buy a blower and other accessories in addition to the wood burner. Although this is my first time shopping for a wood burner for the house for heat, they explained everything about the different models, and answered every question we had.
