I am pleased with Eye Mean It. I would not have returned if they weren’t professional on my first visit 3 weeks prior. Nicole didn’t have me sitting around while she did two or three other people at the sane time. She was extremely polite and very personable. The customer service was absolutely on point and extended to my second visit. Kayla was just as wonderful as Nicole. I think it’s safe to say that I Mean It has a new client and I will tell others about my positive experience!
Ashley and her employees were AWESOME not only did they fit me in last minute Nicole walked to the beauty supply, helped pick out hair (which turned out to be a great choice) and did it all with a smile. The overall tone of the salon was made perfect by the gospels playing in the background. I will definitely go back and have already recommended this salon to people I know.
