It is a great gym, coaches and classes aren't bad for beginners. I only take issue with the way their memberships are setup, they have no problem setting you up with their peak results membership for 30 bucks a month but if you aren't doing the classes and not using the tanning or massage bed and want to downgrade. You have no options besides canceling your membership for 200 bucks or freezing your account which doesn't help if you still want to go to the gym. Not a fan. Best to just sign up for the base package, watch a couple classes see if it's something you'd be interested in, then upgrade to the peak results if that's what you want.
By far the best gym I’ve been to. Enough equipment, plenty of space and it’s always clean. The staff are exceptional from the ppl at the desk to the trainers and owner everyone is encouraging, kind and helpful
I love it here! I just got back from being out of town for business for a while and it feels like I never left. Just hoping you open one in the Reynolds rd area
Amazing equipment and weights. Great atmosphere to work out with a large variety. You always have those people who stand in front of the rack to curl, or lean on the rack to row, but thats not the gyms fault.
Only Gym I have joined that I actually have stuck with. The classes I've taken are great. Definitely worth checking out.
