It's rare these days that when you call a business (or anyone for that matter) and ask them to do something, that they actually do it. Which is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove (Findlay)! I called on a Thursday and they said they would be out over the weekend to take a look and possibly fix the problem. The problem: Every summer we had a problem with Chimney Swifts (a bird) entering the chimney to build nests. They would be there for months until it was time to fly south. Mike knew we needed to wait until the fall in order to seal the chimney off. Well...by Monday, the chimney was fixed!nnI found them to be professional, fair priced and a business that does what they say they will do! Refreshing...nnI also used them at my home to checkout my gas fireplaces and, again, I found them to professional, respectful of my home and reasonably priced.nnI HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove.

Worst experience ever. I'm a project manager for a construction company and I got hooked up with Mike with clean sweep from a referral from a subcontractor. That was a mistake.nThe communication with Mike is nonexistent. I made every attempt to reach out to him. Sometimes he would answer with the response of it's going to be a few weeks, the other times was a voicemail or no response back in email. My fireplace was supposed to be installed back in November. Finally after he said it'll be a couple weeks in november I got ahold of him early December to see when he was coming out to install my fireplace. He responded with he hadn't even ordered it yet because he didnt know the front I wanted even though we had this discussion!!! He said he didn't receive my emails (even though I responded to a email thread) and it would be somewhere between Christmas and new years now before he could install. Oh and I left him numerous voicemails he didnt return. But he said he's busy and doesn't always check his voicemail. What a great business man. After I've called him every day between december 22nd-27th and emailed him trying to confirm a date I've still not heard a thing. I've been as patient as possible and I'm done. This guy is a joke. If you give this guy your business you're making a mistake. You may not get your fireplace until the following year.
