Excellent service hands down. I went In because I was experiencing pain. They did a extensive x ray and exam. I need some work done and I was very apprehensive about the pricing. My insurance was in their network and I pay 50% of what was left over which was very reasonable. The office manager was so super helpful with financing and other options to make sure I could afford the dental work I needed. I will be back to get everything done . I'm so grateful that was able to find a good company to help me. I highly recommend aspen dental in parma.

I had an appointment at the Parma office.nI can’t say enough good things about my experience at this facility! I’d heard some negative comments about this location, but I never judge a business by a few unhappy people, and I’m so glad that I didn’t this time!nFrom the receptionist to the dentist herself, I was treated with great respect and kindness. I highly recommend this dental office!

Friend recommended. She loves Dr. McMahon and told me to go for second opinion. Dr.McMahn and her staff were professional and very understanding. I was so pleased to find out I didn't need more teeth removed I followed the plan of treatment prepared for me. The x-rays, Cleaning and fillings were done very gently and quickly too. I don't have dental insurance and the Dr and office worked with me on payment. I will now be able to get bottom partial instead of full denture. Thank you for helping me keep my teeth. I will we sure to return for check ups.

I changed my Medicare insurance to advantage plan with dental benefits. When I called I asked if they took my particular plan. They said didn’t know right now. I said if they don’t take this insurance I don’t want to schedule an appointment. They confirmed my appointment for initial check up with X-ray & scans. I’m assuming that my insurance was approved since they showed up in my network. I get to the end of 1 hour appointment was sent to the office administrator who went over pricing. When I asked if that included my dental benefit. I was then told they DO NOT take my insurance. I felt that if I hadn’t asked I might have gone along with the procedures they laid out. So my feeling was they deceived me and wasted my time. Don’t understand how the doctors there are listed in ‘my network’ with AARPMedicareAdvantage.

Broken crown appointment. The dentist actually checked me in at the desk. Very pleasant. The associate that took my xray was very engaging and had excellent customer service interaction. The dentist was quick and knowledgeable. Excellent experience!!
