Rob Krueger, Calvetta Warehouse Manager - is an embarrassment to customer service. I stopped in last week to pick up an order and was harassed terribly and embarrassed. I asked multiple times to speak with my sales representative and/or billing and Rob Krueger was belligerent. Rob insulted me numerous times and continued on a tirade.nNot ONCE did Rob ask my name OR ask for an ID and yet he claimed that I was evading him - when I had already provided that information to another employee.nCalvetta Brothers service and follow up at baseline has been less than desirable and has forced us to finish the rest of our kitchen remodel purchases elsewhere (while saving a few thousand dollars too).nnThanks Calvetta.
