Staff was pleasant and quick. Lobby area was extremely clean. I went for a N95 FIT test. My whole appointment was 20mins, and that was including them taking care of other patients. Will definitely be returning for any urgent needs. Thank you for the quality service.

After a work related incident, I needed to find a doctor for follow up care and I had questions I need answered. Even though Concentra was busy, they got me in quickly and I was reassured that I was fine and needed more time to heal. Now I'm doing much better and I'm back at work.

My left bicep tendon was torn. The staff is friendly and professional. The physical therapy is designed for each individual to achieve an excellent recovery. I will recommend this office to anyone in need of care.

I had to go to the Franklin location earlier this week for some new-hire testing and had the pleasure of being treated by Jessica, I believe she goes by Jess. She was extremely professional from the very first encounter and all throughout the TB test, drug test and Covid test. What a great asset to this company! Jess definitely deserves to be recognized for her warm, friendly and caring attitude. Would absolutely recommend!
