The Marble Arch white bathroom top started getting cracks in the bowl after four years and progressively got worse. The problem was caused by everyday normal use where I used both hot and cold water which causes expansion and contraction of the service. Again, normal human use. I would never recommend this product to anyone. When I called regarding warranty, a man asked me if I ran hot water during shaving and then rinsed my face with cold water. I said I shaved but rinsed my face with warm, not cold water. The man told me the cracks are superficial and would not leak. In my opinion, the product is seriously inferior. The cracking looks really bad so I will have to replace the surfaces in our three bathrooms. Buyer beware!
