Many of the people at this location are helpful. There is one teller in particular who acts as if doing her job is doing you a favor. I asked one day last week to speak to the bank manager.....she would not call him out of his office. A regional supervisor handled the issue instead. I have banked at this location over 20 yrs.....it has changed hands 4 or 5 times...it has never been as poorly run as it is now.nnis doing you a favor.
Been banking here since it was oak hills, towne bank, and now wesbanco.
Very good place to have a checkings acount. Ive had one threw this bank for 8 years now .
This bank is the Rudest Bank I have ever stepped foot in Everytime i did business there they were Rude LYNN needs not only help with Customer Service but How to treat People , She is the Rudest Meanest Person i have had to deal with Ask anyone who banks there that you are Known for your Poor Customer Service ( they have video's on How to Treat Customers Right ) your Company should invest in one ! If you Give out Awards for the Meanest Teller I pick Lynn bless her little heart !
