Caldwell is hands down one of the best attorneys, not just in Cache Valley, but in Utah! He’s extremely intelligent, confident and stern and he will represent your case the same way he carries himself.

Brad Bearnson helped me with a very very horrible accident I was in that I would have not been able to fight on my own. Brad was very professional and listened to my concerns and questions and explained things I did not understand . I would recommend him to anyone. When I would get discouraged he would always assure me things would work out Thank you Brad I appreciate all you did

Terrible experience with this firm. At the beginning they were very responsive and helpful toward my case, but time went by they stopped calling and returning calls. My case kept getting passed around, so I could never keep track of who was in charge of it. I don't feel that they ever really cared about helping me.

Aaron Bergman has been our saving grace! We have been in a battle with our mortgage company for 5 years. We have had multiple law firms assist us in our battle but none as professional, kind, caring and straight forward as Bearnson & Caldwell. We have plenty to compare too. I truly believe if it was not for them we would have never reached a resolution that we had any control over and was in our favor. He was always there explaining every step of the way. In terms we could understand. There was no background billing, questions or silence from their end. They always got back to us quickly. Bonnie is a superstar! She is the most kind and amazing member of his staff. All the staff there are amazing. So professional and kind. You feel safe when you walk in the door. Best decision we ever made. We will go no where else in the future if we need legal help or advice

Wayne does great work, and is a great guy as well! Helped me out with some issues I had and made it a lot less stressful! As well as helped me understand clearly what was going on.
