We could not have asked for a better experience than that we had with Jason, Rob, and our installer, Chris! From design, to budgeting, to installation, it was clear that choosing Craftsmen for our kitchen investment was going to give us the absolute best results. People always talk about how frustrating remodel projects can be, but letting Craftsmen handle all of the details made it truly pain-free. Communication was thorough, especially throughout installation. Chris’s expertise and professionalism were outstanding; I trusted his skill from start to finish, and enjoyed having him in my home. There is nothing I would change about our experience, and I am looking forward to using Craftsmen on future home projects.

The salesman spent 2 afternoons working with us developing a plan for remodeling 2 of our bathrooms. He patiently listened to us talk about what our dream bathrooms would look like. He then went through each step giving us ideas on product based on quality and price. He visited our home twice to take measurements and offer suggestions. He gave us a timeline as to when the project would start and how long it would take to complete the remodel. He and the project manager visited our home twice to check the progress of the bathroom project.nnThe men who did the work on the project were very professional. They kept us informed daily on the progress of the remodel and answered all questions we asked. The quality of their work was excellent. We are very satisfied with the work that they did.nnI highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvement for your home remodeling needs.

We have used Craftsmen three times now. We recently had new kitchen countertopsnBacksplash and flooring installed. Chris and Chris were awesome. At the end of the day the workspace was spotless. Also everyday we knew what to expect. Highly recommended!
