Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a refrigerator in June 2020. Due to COVID-19 there was a delay in the production of the brand we purchased. The unit was finally delivered in April 2021. My two star review has nothing to do with the delayed delivery. It was in no way the fault of the Appliance Gallery. My complaint is with their customer service. They never took the initiative to keep us apprised of the status of our order. We had to call for updates. When we did call, there were a couple of times they would check the order status while we were on the line, but mostly would tell us they would check and call us back. However, they rarely did. On more than one occasion the person we talked to was very rude.
Had a very positive experience with Joe. We needed something right away and he made us a great deal for something in stock.nnMade an unplanned kitchen project much better.nnThanks again!
I have to say, there is nothing more irritating in online shopping than having to call for price of a item listed on the website only to listen to someone chew for 5 minutes to tell you they don't even have the item in question than try to sell you something TOTALLY different.
We were delighted with the pricing, service, and installation for our Kitchen remodel. The appliances exceeded expectations. The tech they supplied for the installations knew his job and despite challenging conditions, did a masterful job. Couldn't be happier.
From our first visit to the gallery through the delivery of our retro refrigerator, the entire process was smooth. Great communication from Joe.
