We've stayed here several times and had no trouble until now. It has really gone downhill in the past year. One staff member didn't bother to wear a mask and another wore it on his chin. There were people coughing incessantly near our room so we didn't feel very safe. The desk in our room was sticky and dirty so assuming they didn't thoroughly clean surfaces in the room. The sheets and towels are stained and gross. Asked for new sheets/towels and they didn't follow through. We left an expensive charger and went to retrieve it hours later and it was gone. We can only assume it was stolen. The manager wasn't helpful in this matter. We won't be back.
The room was excellent, all employees were friendly and accommodating,except the woman running the Breakfast Bar was as cold and crude as a zombie at a diner in a horror film.nnMy last experience here was so warm and engaging I was truly looking forward to having breakfast here again - but this individual made it so I didn't even want to wait for a bagel to be toasted. I grabbed a banana, a milk and Honey Nut Cheerios and headed back to my room. Yikes, what a difference!!!

My stay there was booked for almost 4 weeks. During this time, I was robbed from my hotel's room. When I realized the first time that my money was missing, I was so surprised and confused--how could something be stolen from my room in a nice place....Immediately I requested to speak with the manager, but the problem was not resolved at all at first. I mentioned as well that somebody touched and misplaced my credit cards.nSure enough, the same day I have received a fraud message from my bank. Somebody, the person who had robbed me, tried to use it for online shopping. ((Best Buy))Fortunately, I had a travel alert on my account, and this transaction was very suspicious, so it did not go through.nFinally, I had to block and exchange all my credit cards, and other types of documents.nPlease guys be careful next time there are very cheap and none trust staff!!
Off the freeway, easy on and off. The parking lot is a little unusual due to the hills, but it works for my truck and trailer.nThe facility is mixed use with meeting rooms and a hotel. The breakfast has been traditional, and good. The staff is friendly and the rooms are updated.nI like to stay here whenever I have to be in town.
