Not 1 person working there can translate. That's so sad. 2 families had a hard time being helped because of this. One Spanish the other Chinese. I had to help so many people.while I was there... Getting in line online is so easy. Stop making it so hard on yourselves. Go to the websit. Bmv.ohio.org Go sign in online. Stop dealing with the rude lady and do it on your phone. It takes 30 second . So simple.

From getting new license plates to an driver's license, the employees have always made this so nice. They are friendly, knowledgeable & a smile makes my day! They should be commended!

Even with the 6 foot distancing, the pace moved relatively swiftly. You arrive , do not get into line, walk up to front door, a clerk who works there asks you questions based upin your answers gives you a number requests your cell number. You may at this point if you like, go wait in your car or join the snaking line thru the parking lots . When your turn comes you are alerted via text message to report to such and such a window. And, viola in a matter of a few monents you are finished. Kudos to the DMV staff, clerks. Data operators, driving instructors, and kind patrons each displaying patience, courtesy, kindness and helpfulness. A getting to know your neighbors block party kind of feel. I'ts so sad thst it takes a pandemic for all of us to become nicer to one another. DMV job well done!

Longer wait than expected (due to Covid-19 protocol) but fantastic service. Less than 5 minutes after getting text (check in online!) that it was my turn, I was on the road. They deserve bonuses!
