Went to Dave Faigle & Son to look at a new wedding band. Our thirtieth anniversary present from my husband. I was told that they dip and clean jewelry, it only takes a couple of hours. My two carat diamond ring three stone Past, Present and Future is not the same after the cleaning. My clean diamonds now have clouds in them. I have lost my faith in humanity. I do not recommend this business.

Brad Faigle was super helpful in my quest for an engagement ring. He provided so much knowledge so that I knew what I was getting and the quality of the diamond I was receiving. The communication back and forth was excellent and timely. Everything about my experience was perfect and I would recommend DFS Jewelers to anyone and everyone!
