A specific employee named Kate was VERY cooperative and helpful. We had MAJOR issues with an iPhone I had bought and she helped us throughout 5 separate phone calls to the store, she went above and beyond even making us less stressed out with the whole ordeal. This was the BEST experience we’ve ever had with Verizon. We ended up coming into the store late at night and she immediately found the cause of the issue and helped us recover all of my iPhone. I’m very excited and happy with the experience we had. Kate if you’re seeing this THANK YOU SO MUCH WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE!!! Ordered the device . Came into this store to set it up and Laniya was wonderful! She helped set up my phone made sure I understood everything before I left , Amethyst the store manager was great as well! Recommend this location !
Jaylen and Tyler was awesome providing details easily and very helpful with introducing me how to operate phone and setup. I was very happy with the overall experience.
