DONT USE THIS REDBOX, my wife used this rebox rented 2 movies the new Scooby Doo movie and the new Adams Family movie, rented them Tuesday night returned them ON TIME Thursday morning and now 2 weeks later they charged us almost $70.00 saying we never returned them. One gal,said the status is returned but we cant process the refund because it already been charged. The next guys says they were never returned and that we still have the movies. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT USE, its sad really, we really liked using this service. Ive used it probably 100 times over the years but we never will again.

I signed up there while on vacation. Put in a code did everything it said. Then I went to het some movies and it kept saying some th thing went wrong!!!! Never could get in.

The lady at the counter is super rude. Really though why can I review this. This is so stupid.

Two boxes at this site, outside and accessible 24 hours a day.
