Home2 Suites New Albany is the most beautiful, well-kept hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely. I really enjoyed conversing with Ms. Margie. She is awesome at what she does and really loves her career! Thank you all for being so wonderful. See you again!
Due to covid things weren't open. The complementary breakfast was limited and not down early there wasn't much to have. The staff was nice and the room was nice. Could of been cleaner..french fry on the floor. Need to be upfront about pool closed.
Very nice place ,easy check in and the room was great . I wish I could stay alot longer.
The room was ok. In order to get a first floor room we had to take a room that we were told that the microwave sometimes didn't work. My husband had to be at a near by hospital for surgery at 4:45am and the alarm clock in our room wasn't working so we asked for a wake-up call. We were told they'd schedule 2 calls in case we didn't hear the first one or something, we never received any calls at all. Thankfully my husband was able to finally get the clock to work and set that alarm. I asked for my receipt at check out but was in a hurry to pick up my husband and didn't look at it until I was home. There was a charge that stood out that wasn't ours so I called the hotel to discover I was given someone else's receipt which meant someone else got my receipt with my info on it. We had stayed here over a year ago and it was a wonderful experience, not this time. Next time we have to stay overnight, for surgery it won't be here!
The hotel is very clean, great amenities. The only bad part was the slow draining bathtub. Great stay overall!
