In mid-January 2021, I called on a Sunday morning with a last-minute request to move my belongings into a 10' x 10' storage unit. Within 10 minutes, I had reserved a unit. And I moved my stuff into the storage unit later that same day.nnMy storage unit is very clean and well-lit, with highly visible security cameras throughout the property. The property and parking lot itself are well-lit -- and feel very safe and secure.nnThe location of the Simply Self Storage property on Fisher Road is ideal -- minimal street traffic and quick, easy access from I-70 between the Hilliard-Rome Road and Wilson Road exits.nnAs for price, I don't think you can do any better than Simply Self Storage. I looked at several other storage facilities along Hilliard-Rome Road and other locations in the same area. By far, the best monthly rental cost I found for a 10' x 10' storage unit was Simply Self Storage. The company website is great, too. The three-dimensional graphics which give you a practical idea of how much stuff you can fit into your storage unit are very helpful. And the pricing options are very simple and straightforward.nnThanks to everyone at Simply Self Storage -- Lisa, Christa, and Lex -- for making the process of quickly finding a storage unit and moving in my belongings a very easy, stress-free process. I highly recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone in Columbus looking for a safe, secure, clean, affordable place to store your stuff.

Super friendly staff and well kept. A bit hidden on fisher road but a decent value.nn2 year later update;nnStill great staff and pricing but their moving/packing supplies were not so great.

Excellent Excellent Service! This was my first time renting a storage unit and buying an RV. They literally walk me through the whole process step by step even spending a lot of time helping me get my RV parked into the right space. It shows that they actually care. Eevee (I hope this is close) was the biggest help overall and definitely could not see my self parking the RV with out her.

Lisa and Willie at the Fisher Road location helped me get set up for a space to store my Class A RV. They were incredibly polite, upbeat and easy to work with. It is so refreshing to find people this friendly! I highly recommend using Simply Self Storage for your storage needs.
