I very much recommend the Moss Movers team!nThey provided a fair price up front, they communicated clearly, they were on time and worked quickly and even finished a 1/2 hour early, while moving our things down 3 flights of stairs.nThe owner followed up after to ensure we were happy!
I highly recommend that whoever is looking to be moved find another company. Mr Moss sounds very professional on the phone but the crew he sent to me and my wife’s house to help us was very inexperience, fast moving, dresser breaking wall chipping fools. We had dresser that his guys broke that was over 900$ for the both of them, and all that was able to be given was 50$ for damages. One of his guys was suppose to meet us at are new house, left before us and didn’t arrive until a hour later. Please read his terms and agreements they tell you that these guys are some bums looking for a come up and if they mess up your things, they don’t want to pay for it. Wish I had looked over the terms better because I would have never hired these bums to move a shoe out of my house. Don’t chance it people, the price should have told me that it was to good to be true. If looking to be moved Look into a company call the hulk, heard that they are good and a affordable.
