Hate that my company uses Saia. Always arrives later than other shipping carriers. This time: my shipment was wrong. Denied load. Contacted customer service, whom transferred me to local terminal. I asked to pick up if at terminal since this terminal was only 1 hr away. They were supposed to call me back same day. I had to call them the next day to find out more info. Shipment will supposedly get to me 3 days later than expected. This is keeping my customer from getting their job done. And making my company look bad.
Courteous employees and plenty of room to back a trailer!
Avoid using them there a joke they use other low base companys like Ohio overnite for delivery and stuff gets broke and then don't get replaced because there placeing blame on other Carriers
Best place to ship palletized engines through via Freight Rate Central!
