Storage Express is an exceptionally clean, very secure place to store your belongings. Great security and very affordable. Don't forget to ask about any specials.
Over all storage express representatives are very nice I find no issue with them.I have been using a space for about 3 years now. The only issue I am having is during this time with people being out of work or being reduced to a one income house hold. I couldn’t even get a due date change with out them wanting to charge me an extra 50 dollars to move my due date to a more reasonable date where I wouldn’t be hit with a late fee every month. I was usually on time or early with my payments before this pandemic. It just adds insult to injury with everything already going on right now for them to say they not only wanted my payment but an extra 50 dollars to move my due date during these difficult times. I would just go get my things but I’m out of state so makes it a little harder. Outside of this issue they are a great place for around the clock access to your storage and acquiring a unit is very easy. I still give them 4 stars over all one incident should not over shadow the rest of my experience with them.
Nice clean secure storage units
Very easy to sign up online and to navigate the site. Also customer service let me know that since I am a homeowner I could send my dec pages and they could delete the 9.00 charge for insurance off the fees
