We found ourselves in a pinch and needed a spot to store our 40' RV. We contacted the main office that directed us to availability at the facility on West Broad. We arranged a tour to check it out and did the rental process through Jennifer. All went very smooth and she was very helpful. We were originally planning to stay here just until our favorite facility had an opening but... Now that we have looked this over, I think we will actually end up staying here for the duration of our stay in the area.
Jennifer was very professional and helpful. I was able to complete the transaction over the phone in just a few minutes, and start moving things in same day. Thanks for a great experience Jennifer!
Jen was very pleasant and attentive, and wanted to know if there was anything concerning the property that could be improved...I am impressed by the upkeep & security measures taken...I will continue to lease here!...10 yrs. & counting!
Very clean and accessible unit. Online sign up easy, and unit was available next day. 5x10 unit.
