Very rude employees. Order two meals with double fries only one received it when it was brought to the attention of a worker I was told they were both the same yet the one without only had 10 fries total. The other one had two handfuls. Only one that was polite was the cashier working drive through who even sided with me when stating the meals were not correct. My family and I have agreed to ban this long johns. I'll look for others and give them a chance.
Service was incredibly slow, the drinks were 90% ice even though we paid extra for the root beer. Fries were super tough and nothing was fresh during peak lunch hours. You could get a better meal for a better price just about anywhere else.
Excelent, not that many long johns still open , this is combines with an A&W with some interesting extras on a seafood kinda kick. .. Hit the spot for me today ! ud83dude01
The food was exactly what was expected. No surprises there at all.nWhat was the problem???nThere were 2 vehicles in line in front of me. As a result, I was able to observe the size of their orders. (As a translation, none of the orders was complex or large.)nThe aspect of the two orders ahead of me, that seemed like it should've been out of the ordinary was the fact that bit took 20 minutes from them taking my order, to receiving it. 2 orders. 20 minutes. Fast Food? I think not. The staff of this restaurant needs to get organized.
The A&w was out of root beer. Isn't that the equivalent of McDonald's being out of hamburgers? Still very good fish for the price.
