My wife and I have gone here a few times. We are always warmly greeted and treated very courteously. Our orders have always been correct. The only issue we have ever had was going through the drive through and there was a time or two where some sauces were forgotten. I believe that's easy to have happen since you can never know how much sauce a person might want. For this being one of many fast food options, the respect you get makes it a front runner.

I ordered a chicken bacon swiss on my lunch break and there was no bacon. I called later in the day after I left work and Alexis told me to come back when ever I wanted. She replaced my order with no problem and even gave me a free cookie. Her customer service was amazing and I will be returning to this location.nnThank you!

Fast, friendly service. Food was very good, hot , and fresh. I would absolutely visit this location again. Only con is that turning into parking lot from west bound traffic is a bit difficult, but that has nothing to do with the exceptional experience that this Arby’s location provided.

Went to the drive through, had a complicated order. This was on broad st. in Prarie Township. They patiently took my order and when I got home....it was correct.
