Kyle makes it a good restaurant at Norton road. Listens and isn't dozed out all the time.
Normally happy with this subway but the folks working the line we're not paying attention at all to the ONLINE order. Wrong wrap, incorrect toppings, forgot one sub entirely, and forgot the chips. Plus they were out of some toppings that i had to discover on my own by questioning it. They were friendly and apologetic for the mistakes which is why this wasn't 1 star.
Like any restaurant you go to there is always a chance of getting your order messed up however this subway has great customer service when they do. The employees are nice. It dose take them a while to get to you at the speaker sometimes but still the overall rating for me is 4 stars.
Order is continuously wrong here when ordering online and in the drive thru. Only way to make sure it is right is to go inside. 3rd time it has been messed up.
they never have anything they're always out of everything I only eat meatball subs from there and they never have meatballs it's ridiculous.the people that work there are awesome and I love them it's not their fault that whoever manages and runs that place has no clue in his failing
