The girl that helped me was nice enough, the 1 star is because they are making you make appointments to get a title transferred into your name. The office was dead there was no reason to not be able to help walk ins. I seen at least one person get turned away because she hadn’t made an appointment. I was literally the only customer in that office. I was also charged a 5$ late fee because it had taken me over 30 days to get the title transferred. I would have planned a lot better if I would have known that I had to make an appointment. I really don’t think it is fair that I get charged for the county offices laziness.
The employee, Ginger, who assisted us was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much. I wish there were more employees like her around.
I set an appointment online. I checked in as i pulled up. They texted me to come to counter 5 immediately. Miss Ginger was kind, friendly and professional. I was on my way out the door in less than 5 minutes with my title! Great job AUTOTITLE WEST and Miss Ginger!
Every time I have gone to this location I have had a very pleasant experience. The last two times I was fortunate to have Army veteran Debbie wait on me. She is very knowledgeable and very pleasant.nnThe only complaint I have is the online appointment process works sometimes. Sometimes I receive a text and sometime i don’t. If the appointment worked consistently I would have given 5 stars.
Every visit is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you gonna get.nOne day you get someone nice and helpful, the other day problem is made out of nothing and the run around starts. In the past I did not need certified translations of importation documents, now I need to get those even though I have every form that is legally needed on hand. At least now they are not rude anymore, not helpful but not rude...
