Would totally recommend . Our salesman Wally was attentive and helpful. The guys who came to install the flooring were awesome. They came on time , were very efficient and cleaned up when they were done , I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.

We loved our experience with Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet. We walked in on a Wednesday and had carpet installed on Tuesday. Wally was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Sales man was very rude. He wouldn't put his sandwich down and get up to show us anything... He sat from his desk eating saying u just need to come back with your own measurements... sorry Bob u lost a complete lower level hardwood floor sale... Heading to Manards
