I've used Greenix for quite a while for exterior pest control and am always impressed! They always text/email confirming appointments, show up on time and adjust treatment plans as needed. Theodore is one of the best technicians! Highly recommend!
As usual, over the many years I have been a GreeniX customer in both my current house and my previous house, the GreeniX representative did a very fine excellent job.nHe was a pleasure to talk with; he knew the details of my customer profile and he did his job with excellence.nI would give him a perfect 10, he could service my home anytime and every time. He was fine!
Christopher Harbert came and was so pleasant to see. He did the job and left--as easy as that. The service was awesome and we have not had any issues since having Greenix provide their service.
I use for rodent control, as well as insects, etc. Been with them for about 4 years now; always do a great job, friendly, professional.
My 1 year agreement is up June 6th, 2021. The agreement was for 5 applications and the last one is May 6th, 2021. I called today and asked for agreement to be terminated after last application an was told I had to call back in June to cancel because their computer has scheduled. I told her to cancel now and she refused. I don’t recommend this company...poor customer focused
