I have never been so disappointed with a company. I have had so many issues with tmobile as a whole and this store was an exception u til today. They upgraded my phone and didn't actually activate my sim card. I found out when I got home and called them. They didn't know if I had kept my old phone or traded it in. They asked for the information so they could activate the sim card. Then told me they couldn't do it unless I came in. I went in and they changed the sim card beforehand and then I had to wait 7 hours before I could get the sim card to my wife. I have never had so many issues from a company. My port was messed up to begin. I lost a promo because they messed up. I called customer service for her to be rude. Another person told me they were distracted because they were on skype! Totally ridiculous that they can do things like this.

When I first signed up with sprint. I bought all the accessories to go with my iPhone 11, was told that if my $50 something screen protector ever broke to bring it in to the store. And they would replace it. Well today I walked into the store. I was greeted very abruptly and rudely by an associate but the name of Houston or that was what was on his name badge. I was told I had to go get a face mask. So I had to go buy one, come back to the store to be told they don’t have the screen protector for my phone. But I can order one online. The whole reason I bought this one is for the Convenience of getting it replaced! If I knew I had to wait and order online I would’ve just bought one from the flea market for 5 bucks. False advertising! Poor customer service!

Very unhappy with them I switched service to them and told them I needed to know cost of monthly plan ud83dude43 told me about 119plus tax they have the bill up tp161.00 . Be careful about them.I would not recommend at all
