Worst customer service ever. Girl even laughed at one of my questions. I guess older people with less experience with technology deserve no help or respect at all. She wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to her; just kept staring at the monitor in front of her on the counter.
I was pleased with the help that I got. She was very helpful and if she didn't have the answer, she made sure she got it.
Haylee was upset because another employee took a payment and was gaven the wrong number but finally we took care of it and the phones are on. We would never curse our customers as we strive for 100% customer service mistakes happen
