I gave this spot a 1 star review years ago because of how incredibly rude the old manager was. Probably the worst customer service I've had in my life. Since then though, the new manager has been incredibly courteous and friendly. It's amazing how one person can completely change the atmosphere of the store. Now when I need to pick up a new game I don't feel anxious to come, and the current staff is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. What an amazing turn around. Awesome job guys ud83dudc4a
My kids love this place and I know nothing about gaming lol...but the guys in there are very knowledgeable and willing to help...
