Called payed over the phone got played on the first thing I wanted because they said they called and never got one call so was going to get something else told was going to be here between 11 and 2 get home at 5 and wife said no one called or came called a couple times the last time I called was told they have been trying to call me never got a call let's compare phone statements and see if you even called worst place ever to rent and all they are going to say is we are sorry about your experience we will look into it but nothing will happen the working world now is a joke quick to get your money but not do what is said going to

I have NEVER paid late and always do my payments online. This month my due date was 2 days ago, I've been trying to make my payment online and the system gives an error. THESE GUYS HAD CALLED ME ON BOTH DAYS MORE THAN 3 TIMES reminding me I need to pay. Are you serious? Fix your system issues and I won't be for the first time 2 days late. The guy on the phone says I will collect your payment over the phone, well last month I had the same exact error in the system and a day after my 1st attempt I got the funds deducted from my account despite of the system giving an error. Harassing loyal and always on-time clients is not a way to get more customers. Oh but when my couch USB port broke it did took you guys more than a month to fix and I was not as disturbing as you guys are.

These are some of my favorite peoples on the planet! No hassle, not annoying like most of your rental stores. Very laid back people and very easy and understanding if you just inform them on what's going on at the moment. I've purchased so many things from them.
