The customer services received from Haley at the front desk was impeccable. Not only was she extremely pleasant and a gem to talk to but she explained all forms and billing well and was patient when addressing questions.nnThe dental hygienist that assisted me was Heidi and she was also very pleasant and we had a good conversation. She explained my X-rays to me thoroughly in addition to some dental anatomy and physiology of cavities. Personally I appreciated this highly and it helped me understand my oral health.nnOverall, great experience and would recommend this dental group!
Everyone that worked there was so nice. I was very nervous having to get 4 wisdom teeth cut out. They were all so very sweet and reassuring the dentist that did the work was very thorough with explaining everything to me and so were the nurses. It was just an overall great experience. I would recommend to absolutely anybody especially if you're super nervous about the dentist. They take such good care of you and will give you any information that you need to know to put your mind at ease.
Had my wisdom teeth extracted today. Everyone was so nice the procedure went by quick I think I was sedated so not sure but I was in the office n they took me right to Aubrey wasn’t a long wait is what I mean. Everyone was young vibrant and kind. Even complimented me on my highly vulgar hat. I would recommend this place to everyone. They gave me a well organized written instructions before I left n took some pics too LOL I have no recollection of that but it was cool.
Had my wisdom teeth removal after being referred. My previous dentist highly recommended them so I figured why not? Once I scheduled the initial appointment and transferred the required documents the practice was great at reminding me of my appointment, and following up with additional information. Day of my appointment, I showed up and the staff was very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and helped me understand the risks and practicality of removing an additional tooth. The procedure went smoothly and I went home with clear instructions and medication orders in hand. Thank you! Would return for other services!
I am the biggest baby (wuss) when it comes to the dentist. I mean the BIGGEST to the point where I shake until I go to bed after the appointment. I cru once I get in the chair and all (I try my hardest to stop it). Everyone there was incredibly nice and understanding even though they were so very busy! Very thorough in explaining everything, going over the procedure and paperwork as well as making sure all my questions were answered that I may have had. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend this location!!
