Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate

Very polite, respectful, helpful and promp staff if they are needed to bring you anything. Although even an extra blanket is already in your room so you probably won't have to call them...Clean fresh smelling rooms with very clean and working amenities...So in short clean nice, rooms, and grounds with free well lit parking near lots of stores and restaurants and awesome staff!!! Did I also mention a hot good breakfast??? And all this for less than $100!!! I would recommend ANYONE to stay here.

Brandy and the staff here are truly just amazing...always so friendly, helpful and nice.. Came in last minute during a holiday week, had an opening and made me felt right at home. Rooms are updated and clean. Never had any issues other than slow elevators. If that's my only complaint, they are doing something right.

Well worth the price. Great, friendly staff. A bit of construction outside as they are adding another building but you don't even notice it when you're inside.

I am actually a local resident, and live near this hotel. We decided to book a room with our children, so they could have a night away from home and swim. After researching several hotels in the area to ensure the pool was open, and that we could get connecting rooms for our children, my sister and I decided to book this one.nnI booked 2 hours before check in and was told that we would have connecting rooms. Upon my sister's arrival she was on a completely different floor. I called down to the front desk and spoke with Cassie. She was less than helpful, and not very pleasant at all. She let me know they had no connecting rooms, or even any rooms that were next to each other...which I find hard to believe since there were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. I sat on hold with her for nearly 10 minutes, and she finally found a room down the hall for my sister to move to. When my sister went down to get her room key changed, she was pretty rude to her too.nBetter than a completely different floor, but the ONLY reason we booked this hotel was because we were told we would have connecting rooms.nnWe visited the pool while we were there, which was also another huge reason we were even staying in a hotel. Cassie let us know there were towels in the cabinet, and let us in. There were no towels at all, except for a huge bin of dirty ones, and the room the pool is in was freezing. To the extent that it made it unenjoyable.nnHorrible, horrible, stay. Very unimpressed. There are so many options in the area. Stay somewhere else!

The staff was super nice very helpful. The hotel was clean our rooms were awesome. The pool very nice. definitely recommended
