This practice and it’s team of professionals are first rate in every way. Like many people, I don’t look forward to dental visits, but I highly recommend this practice. I have referred two friends, and I don’t recall ever referring a dental practice before.

Cincinnati Dental's service has gone down hill over the years.nnI started going to the Fairfield office 18 years ago. At the time, I had a few broken teeth and needed a couple of crowns and a bridge to fill in the gap. The work was done professionally and within six months, I could smile again.nnThen for the next few years at my bi-annual checkups, the dentist would make a note about a few teeth that had small issues, but he would always say, let's wait six months and see how it goes. Had he fixed those small issues then, I wouldn't have the problems I have now. But I figured he knew what he was doing since he was the dentist.nnI few years ago, I switched to the office in Eastgate. It was closer to home and I hoped that a new dentist would start fixing my teeth again. The new dentist started working on the teeth with smaller issues and left the ones with major issues alone. This made sense because we didn't want anymore to become major issues. The downside to this is that the ones that have major issues continue to get worse. I now need 3 root canals, 5 crowns, and another bridge. (Again, if the first dentist would have fixed those teeth when all they were was small cavities, I wouldn't need any of this).nnOn December 14th, they started on one of the root canals. I mentioned then that I wanted to get as much as possible done before the end of the year, I have dental insurance that maxes out at $2000 a year, but all he wanted to do was the one root canal. 3 days later the temporary filling fell out and part of the tooth broke off. I had already scheduled an appointment for January 6th, so I figured I would wait and have them fix it then.nnI get a call a couple of days later telling me that they needed to reschedule my appointment on the 6th. I told them that I couldn't wait to have the tooth fixed. They said there wasn't anything they could do about it and rescheduled my appointment for January 21st.nnJust got a call today telling me that they needed to reschedule the appointment again. My teeth are getting worse and not better and they are in no hurry to do anything about it.nnI now need to find a new dentist that can take over the mess they created and hopefully see me soon so that I can get this broken root canal fixed.

The worst service I have ever had! I have always had my son with me for my dentist appointments. Not X-Ray appointments but just teeth cleaning appointments and was turned away because I had my child. I work in the medical field and preform specialized testing daily and never turned someone away because they had their child. We worked around it and with the patients. You should never turn a patient away. I would not recommend them to anyone.
