OMG I had never been there until just now when my daughter asked me to take her there. This place is AMAZING ud83dude0d I love it great place and they have so many things you would never even think would be there! The sales are beyond great!

This is the best Hobby Craft store have ever been to in my life. Whatever you're looking for they have a ton of it. Whatever you looking for as far as crafts go they have it. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful in every Department. Bravo to the HR department who hires all these people

I would have given this a higher rating but was appalled at what happened today. Found a nice angel but it was missing an arm. It was discounted because it was a Christmas item, but the discount was supposed to be on Christmas items that were not broken. I brought it up and asked if they could discount it a little further due to the missing arm. I'm not taken aback by the fact they didn't want to discount it further but was with what happened next. I said so you won't discount it further but you are going to throw it out? She said no, you need to put it back on the shelf, someone will buy it. What? So you hope that an unsuspecting buyer will pick it up not noticing that the arm is missing? I was told by another employee that if someone notices the missing piece when they get home they can return it. That is not always the case on discounted items but seriously I live an hour away and would not be happy to find out the piece was broken and have to drive all the way back. Now that I know, I would have driven all the way back and they were already informed that it was broken blows my mind. I was also told the company wants them to put damaged items back on the shelves as long as they do not pose a hazard. Seriously. I went back down the isle and oddly enough there were many other pieces that were broken or missing pieces. Doing that is so dishonest and does not make me want to go back anytime soon. So buyer beware. Look over your items very carefully. If you don't, you may get all the way hope to find an issue with it and have to take precious time out of your day to drive back and return the item. And just know, They may have already known it was damaged and were hopping you wouldn't notice or wouldn't couldn't take the time to return it. I have never heard of such a thing. Shameful.

You can wonder around at your measure and there are staff also walking around so if you looking for an item they are most always in the ballpark of where to find it and they are very helpful IF you want them to be. Very pleasant to just mosey along and spent pleasant moments to reflect.

There's everything you need for whatever your thing is. I love spin art so this place is a go to for my supplies. Huge selection.
