With a wasp nest by my front door so I looked on Google for an exterminator. Early in the morning I made my way down the listings. Several didn't answer. One said they had to come to assess and then they would make another appointment to exterminate. Nope. Another said they could come next week. Nope. I came to Eco Friendly. I called, Victor answered! Got an appointment for the end of the day which actually got moved to that morning! Super nice, friendly, and did a thorough check to make sure that was the only nest. Blasted the house with this very pleasant smelling stuff. Peppermint and rosemary are what I smelled! He said if we needed them to return the certainly would. Actually, I don't think that will be necessary - haven't seen one at all from the time they sprayed. Definitely, I recommend them.
Friendly, courteous and professional. Victor and his partner made us feel very reassured they’d deal with our problems with spiders ants and rodents—and they really came through. Saw immediate reductions.nWe found them to be extremely knowledgeable. Great on following up as well. Would recommend them highly.
I schedule a treatment every spring and fall as bugs begin to make their moves. I have been using this company for several years and they have always done a great job. They even came out for a second treatment free of charge when I had discovered bees were also invading my shed. This is the kind of service that makes me a loyal customer. Thank you.
I appreciate the guys who came out today. They performed great work & took all safety precautions pertaining to Covid. I expressed my concerns over the phone and sure enough they arrived later that day and went straight to work. Hornets Nest removed in 10 minutes. Kids safe, dogs safe.
