Don recently came out to repair our refrigerator that was damaged in a recent storm. After talking with & waiting for 3 other companies to get back to us (for 3 days) Don was the only one who came within a few hours of our 1st call. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimate within 1 hour. Rather than pushing for the repair he actually advised to replace the fridge, saying that the repair was more than the value. He charged a modest fee and told us what we needed to know VS. what would be best for his business. Needless to say we were happy have him come back a few days later to repair another appliance that had been waiting for repair (due to covid). He diagnosed & repaired it within an hour. No waiting days or weeks for parts. I didn't even have to wait hours and hours for him to show on appointment day. He said around 2 pm and he was here and working on the repair before 3pm.nI highly recommend Don and would gladly call him again. Other companies can learn a lot about how to treat their customers from him.

He showed up on time, knew quickly what was wrong, had a spare part in the van, replaced, and the oven worked again. I highly recommend Heckle's appliance repair. They know what they are doing. The service was reasonable and fair priced.

Don was incredible. We needed an oven repair that required him to order a specific part. He kept us informed of the status of that order and was able to make the repair the day after it had arrived. He is great with working in a house with pets! Can not thank you enough!

Absolutely amazing. Don's such a great guy and his level of professionalism is unparalleled. Our dryer was making loud noises and could not be ran. Don immediately recognized and solved the problem in no time while explaining everything. He even took the time to come back out at no charge when we heard another weird noise coming from the machine. From now on I know if I have any appliance issues I can always rely on Heckles! Thank you!

Definitely would recommend and use again. Called on a Thursday and he came on a Friday. Changed a pulley on my Whirlpool Duet Dryer that sits on my washer. Dryer was SCREACHING. Didnt even have to pull dryer down. Used step stool. Fast prompt service. Price norm. Came during time frame stated. Very professional.
