The Karat Shop

Stopped by to look for a wedding band for myself. I pretty much knew what I wanted but just wanted to check out some styles. I found the one I wanted but preffered it in a darker color. Sam was able to order the ring for me and have it ready for pick up in a few days. Sam was very helpful and the ring came out exactly how I wanted it!

It never felt like they were trying to make a sale, but rather they tried to help and steer me in the right direction to purchasing the perfect diamond.nnI can confidently say I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a piece of jewelry for that special person. Such a warm and welcoming staff! I would recommend Sam to anyone and everyone. He made the process very simple. I didn't feel rushed or pressured one bit. He explained every question I had in very good details. He listened to me when I was explaining what I was looking for, and was open to all of the ideas that I brought up. He is also really knowledgeable and explained everything about the diamonds that were available. The quality in their work is really remarkable. I was in a specific price range, and to be honest I feel like the ring I got is worth more then what I payed. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. My family has been going to the Karat Shop for years. Both my brothers, two of my cousins, my best friend and I got our engagement rings from Karat Shop. The owner was even kind enough to give us each a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. We’ve all been gone back for different things like wedding bands, necklaces, etc. It’s always nice to go back and work with friendly people. If you haven’t been already I would highly recommend stopping in.
