Came to measure and provide estimate for an entire house flooring install and finishing. Been a week and a half and no quote! At this point, its obviously not coming. Spent an hour with him at my house that day, and I stressed the fact that I needed an immediate quote so I can make best decision and proceed. Thankfully I received quotes from a few other, one of which I accepted, or he would have caused MAJOR delays in my home reno. Unbelievable. Very odd.
Do not use this company. James no longer has the ability nor the staff to complete your job correctly. He will bully you for money and leave your floors in the worst condition imaginable. Stay away and find another company.nnZero stars, no quality.
