use the many times before used to be timely and reasonably priced. last time I ordered they have not got back to me in a couple of weeks then I had to call again to schedule the third time.nthen the overcharge me without telling me the price has changed Even though I told him about the the farm exemption the charging tax.nnthey decided it's too wet to dump where it's supposed to dump phone accepted one load.nthey charge me for two loads And enormous delivery fee of $350 and only refund me less than a third of the price of $776.. $nnin short as you can see they provided unfair service the charge over the amount intended they increase prices without notification And then they overcharge after the refundnnI would use other companies from now and on.nAnd for anybody using them you can just hire your own trucker for a day and pay for less if you need more into loads they are completely overpricednand the service just not there
As a contractor sometimes there are fiscal mistakes or issues and when we encountered these issues, Northwest Rock was very patient and understanding and worked with our company to keep our account in good standing. They deliver on time and have great communication between their clients and their operators. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
This company does not cover their loads and when they broke my windshield from gravel spilling over the top of their bed they denied my claim because the bed does not leak. What a joke!!!
