Professional and easy to use.
Willing to work with me even when my checks come on weird days
I started leasing a storage unit from Valli storage 5 months ago and have not had any issues at all. It was very easy to lease. You drive up grab the leasing document from the front by the payment drop box fill, out the form, call them, and they tell you which unit to put the lock on. Very easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them to any one in need of a good storage unit.
Secure and the owner is very kind. She's understanding and cares about your unit and its safety.
They always take your deposit. Had myself and other friends try their small unit ($40-overpriced) and had the same experience. leave proper notice and never get your deposit in the mail. The contract says they’ll mail it out within X-days but it never does.
